MMTool is a tool from AMI for BIOS and UEFI firmware. They call it Module Management Tool.
It’s really handy when you need to update or swap out modules and Option ROMs inside an Aptio ROM image after it’s already been built.
You can add, delete or pull out modules pretty easily. The program shows you all the information about what’s inside and works with compressed modules as well. You can also change things in the firmware without rebuilding the entire ROM, create reports, and use it from the command line. It supports PEI and DXE modules.
MMTool works on x64, x86, and ARM systems. OEMs can get a locked version for their platforms too.
