echnically speaking, the P102-100 is a 1080Ti. Unfortunately the OhGodAnETHlargementPill doesn’t seem to work with this graphics card. I cannot get more than 42 MH / s from the card. Does anyone have any idea what else I should try?

if your getting 42MH/s 100% the OhGodAnETHlargementPill is working!!! Probably just need to do some tweaking to get it to 44ish.

I tried to start it before starting the miner. Overclocked the memory and overclocked the GPU settings. I tried using the -RevA 0 switch. Also disabled the Force P2 power state and getting failure :( Should I overclock/undervolt first?

the artefacting doesn't sound good. Id say you likely have a problem with the GDDR5 memory. That's how the pill works. Only 3 cards have GDDR5 - 1080, 1080ti and another i forget - and the oill allows them to use this memory for hashing. If the card works normally without the pill, it makes me think that's the case.Your card should be at factory settings, Dont undervolt. dont flash. Latest Nvidia drive clean install. Just use afterburner and try gpu +100 memory -200.Make sure evrything is factiry reset. Including afterburner. Restart your computer. Run afterburner and input these settings. run the pill. run the miner. You need to run miner and pill as administartor.If you pm me i can email you the pill i use. It did take some finding. I use the OhGodEthEnlargemnt pill.
