AlterCam: Enhance Webcam Feeds with Effects and Backgrounds

AlterCam is a webcam application developed by Bolide Software for Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 systems. Offered as a demo, it allows users to apply real-time visual effects, replace or hide backgrounds, add image and text overlays, and broadcast either live webcam feeds or pre-recorded video files through a virtual camera output.
